About the Show

A traumatized woman reluctantly returns to her dying hometown — only to find the friends she abandoned are hooked on a strange new drug with bizarre, seemingly supernatural qualities.

Paige left Elmwood behind a decade ago after a violent tragedy tore her family apart. Now she's back, pulled by the news of a friend's mysterious death. What she finds is worse than she imagined: her hometown is rotting from the inside, its few remaining inhabitants unhinged, and the drug at the center of it all is something that shouldn't exist.
