A faux true-crime fiction podcast. An investigative journalist uncovers clues surrounding a decades-old cold case — and eventually learns the horrifying truth about a systemic cover-up tied directly to her own past.

Samantha Williams has made a career out of chasing stories other journalists won't touch. The Filmore Four — four teenagers caught up in a web of murder and destruction at a Queens, New York psychiatric hospital in November 1993 — is her most dangerous case yet. Through police interrogation tapes, 911 calls, and therapy recordings, she uncovers a truth stranger and more terrifying than any official explanation.

At the center of it all: Dr. Darlene Harrington, the group's emotionally damaged therapist — and Dr. Lasher, the man who replaced her.
